Yakshagana a beautiful Art form

Yakshagana is one of the beautiful art forms and a delightful play to watch. Its performed in the coastal area. My native Udupi hosts such plays and its a something I really enjoy watching. Yakshagana consists of music, drama, spoken words and great costumes. Yakshagana means song of a Yaksha.It is believed to have originated from 11th to 16th century.
